Aynura Dzhoroeva


Is a digital economy expert and practitioner. In her 20 years of experience in digital development, Aynura has worked on digital transformation in numerous sectors: digital economy policy, ICT for public sector transformation, state, and private digital media, open data, digital resilience, private sector innovation.

Aynura held several positions as Chief Information Officer and Chief Executive Officer for government and private agencies in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tatarstan.

Over the past several years, she has advised the World Bank and other international organizations across Eastern Europe and Central Asia on a broad spectrum of issues related to digital transformation, including strategies and project design for digital economy development, leadership, and change management.

Aynura has authored several policy notes, analytical reports, case studies, as well as a curriculum for public relations management for the Kyrgyz State National University.
In addition to her native Russian, Aynura is fluent in English and speaks Tatar, Kyrgyz and Kazakh languages.
