Digital Ecosystem Country Assessment (DECA) in Jordan

In partnership with Integrated International WinDT conducted a Digital Transformation Country Assessment (DECA) of Jordan, commissioned by the U.S. Department of State through the USAID Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Activity. The DECA focused on three key pillars: digital infrastructure and adoption, digital society and governance, and the digital economy. The goal was to help USAID/Jordan gain deeper insights into the country’s digital landscape, providing 13 actionable recommendations to build on Jordan’s successes and drive further progress in its Digital Transformation.
