John R. Savageau
John Savageau is President of Pacific-Tier Communications, LLC, where he provides program management and consulting services to government agencies and private industry that drive delivery of new technology and intellectual property. Savageau’s professional experience includes tenures as Chief Technology Officer at CoreSite Data Centers, CTO at Pihana Pacific (now Equinix), Vice-President of International Operations at Level 3 Communications, Owner and CEO of MagicNet (a Mongolian Internet Service Provider and systems integrator), General Manager of Global One China, Director of Asia-Pacific Operations at Sprint International, and as a command control and communications officer in the U.S. Air Force.
Savageau earned a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies and Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He holds professional certifications in ITIL v3, TOGAF 9.1, COBIT 2019, ISACA Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and ISACA Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC).
